Data controller
The controller of personal data processing is the National Europass Centre of Montenegro, operating within the Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation. For any questions regarding data protection, please contact us via the Contact page.
What data we collect
- Data you provide — when you contact us via the contact form (name, e-mail address and the content of your message);
- Technical data — automatically logged for the security and proper functioning of the site (e.g. IP address, browser type, cookies).
Purpose and legal basis
We process data solely to: respond to your enquiries, ensure the functioning and security of the site, and comply with legal obligations. The legal basis is your consent, our legitimate interest, and legal obligation, in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection of Montenegro.
Form protection (reCAPTCHA)
To protect against automated abuse (spam) we use the Google reCAPTCHA service. When it is used, certain technical data may be processed by Google in accordance with its privacy policy.
Retention period
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the stated purposes or as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, and to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and objection. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Agency for Personal Data Protection and Free Access to Information. To exercise these rights, contact us via the Contact page.
